Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has offered words of encouragement to the Black Stars players, particularly captain Jordan Ayew, ahead of the highly anticipated fixture with England at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
During a visit to the Ghana national team’s camp in the United States, the popular actor expressed confidence in the Black Stars’ chances of securing victory against the English side and backed Ayew to score.
Addressing Jordan Ayew directly, he added: “It’s a win for us against England. I believe in you. Tomorrow, you will score.”
Lil Win assured the team of the unwavering support and prayers of Ghanaians as they prepare for the decisive match.
“We pray for you guys to win. This match is on us. God has given us grace again. It is two wins and one draw, but I pray that God allows us to win,” he said in a video shared on social media after the visit on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Lil Win’s visit comes as anticipation continues to build among Ghanaian football fans ahead of the Black Stars’ clash with England on Tuesday, June 23, at 8:00 PM in the United States.
