Head coach of Bechem United, Kassim Mingle, has been adjudged the Ghana Premier League Coach of the Month for January.
The hunter’s boss beat off competition from fellow nominees, Yaw Preko of Accra Great Olympics and Baba Nuhu of Tamale-based Real Tamale United.
His tactical prowess saw his side record three wins, one draw and a defeat in the month of January.
He is expected to receive a 43-inch NASCO Television set from Electroland Ghana Limited.
In the players’ category, Dreams FC talisman Agyenim Boateng won the converted award seeing off competition from five other players including Sampson Eduku, Yussif Mohammed, Abass Samari, Steven Mukwala Desse and Issah Kuka.
Agyenim Boateng started 2023 with an impressive performance scoring three goals out of the five matches he played in the topflight league.
He also won the NASCO Player of the Match award twice during the month.
The forward, as his reward, will receive a 43-inch NASCO Television set from Electroland Ghana Limited.
