President and Founder of the Angel Group of Companies, Dr. Kwaku Oteng, says he pays as many as 5,000 workers employed under his company.

He indicated that these number of employees are on payrolls and received monthly salaries from their services rendered to him.

Angel Group of Companies has the Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) as its conglomerate with over 19 radio stations spread across the 16 regions, with two digital television stations including Angel TV and One HD TV and an online platform, Angelonline.com.gh.

It is also the producer of Adonko Bitters, Adonko Two Fingers, among other alcoholic beverages.

Dr. Oteng, financier of these companies said he managed to respectively reward each worker with what is due them on monthly basis.

“The employees I pay are countless. If you put them together, the total reaches 5,000 monthly. That is why your salaries are sometimes delayed,” he said.

“I know you, the employees, have expressed displeasure about this situation, but I plead with you to pardon me because I always try to ensure every worker gets paid,” the businessman stated.

He added “Though things sometimes become difficult, God miraculously shows me the way in such circumstances.

That is why, in my 25 to 30 years of working experience with my employees, no one can ever claim to have been unpaid for a month,” Dr. Kwaku Oteng stressed further on the Angel Morning Show (AMS), Monday, February 17, 2025.
