Six people are feared dead following a fatal accident on the Tema-Kpong highway near Akuse Junction in the Lower Manya Krobo Municipality of the Eastern Region.
The incident reportedly occurred on the afternoon of Monday, October 27, 2025.
The accident involved a Toyota Hiace van with registration number GS 6374-22, which was carrying passengers traveling from Madina to Ho.
According to reports, four victims died on the spot, while two others were pronounced dead on arrival at the St. Martin de Porres Catholic Hospital in Agormanya.
Meanwhile, several other passengers are receiving emergency medical treatment at the facility.
