A driver has been involved in a serious accident at Aputuogya in the Ashanti Region, leaving two individuals battling for their lives after being struck.
According to eyewitnesses, the suspect, a female driver, initially knocked down an auto rickshaw driver with her white Toyota saloon car, leaving him in critical condition, but failed to stop.
“We learned the woman had earlier clashed into the auto rickshaw, injuring the driver, and was running away,” a witness stated.
However, as she attempted to flee, she collided with a Kia Pregio commercial vehicle, registration number As 4246-22, resulting in her own critical injuries.
“Upon getting to Aputuogya, she clashed into the commercial transport, leaving her in critical condition,” another witness noted.
