Ghana’s Education Minister, Haruna Iddrisu, has called for the introduction of a 13th month salary for teachers, citing the need to enhance the welfare and motivation of educators across the country.
“Speaking at a policy forum in Accra on Monday, Minister Iddrisu emphasized that teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the nation’s future and deserve financial recognition beyond their regular monthly pay,” the Minister debunked in a Facebook post.
