A fuel tanker has fallen on the Dawhenya to Tema Roundabout road, spilling its contents onto the stretch.
The incident occurred on Friday, October 16, causing heavy tension and heavy traffic on the highway.
Officers from Tema Industrial are currently at the scene.
However, a huge crowd has gathered at the scene with some persons attempting to siphon fuel from the fallen tanker despite the obvious risk.
It remains unclear what caused the tanker to fall.
