Crystal Palace foward Jordan Ayew has disclosed that he and his brother Dede Ayew has more years to play for the senior national team the Black Stars of Ghana
The duo has to endure a sour relationship with some sections of the public who think that the two brothers have outlived their relevance in the team and should consider retirement, especially Dede who is 33 years
Those who don’t support this call have argued that next year’s Africa Cup of Nations which will be hosted in Ivory Coast should be the last tournament for them
However, Jordan (31) in an interview with GTV Sports Plus believes they have more years ahead of them and that next year’s tournament won’t be their last
“It’s like a kid’s dream come true. We’ll enjoy it,it’s not going to last forever but we are enjoying it and know that we still have more years. It’s always a pleasure to play alongside my bro.”
The Ayew brothers have played for the Black Stars since 2010 with Dede getting his call-up in 2007, with 234 caps among them.
