‘I’m a disturbed servant’ – GFA boss Kurt Okraku on Black Stars poor form

Ghana Football Association (GFA) capo, Kurt Edwin Simon Okraku Okraku has expressed his frustration at the performance wise of the current Black Stars.

The GFA capo said he is much worried about the abysmal performance of the stars which has become a talk of town.

Mr. Kurt Okraku’s frustration is a result of the back-to-back defeat in the October international break when Ghana played two friendly matches – against Mexico and the USA.

The development has compelled some football loving Ghanaians who were optimistic the team will end its four decades trophy drought by annexing the 2023 AFCON have a second taught.

Mr. Okraku who recently was re-elected GFA President observed and insisted that the national team must rise from its deteriorating state and return to its glory days.

“Our Black Stars must rise again but I’m a disturbed servant,” he expressed in a Facebook post.

Black Stars’ immediate attention will be on the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Madagascar and Comoros in November before the 2023 AFCON.
