Hilife legend, Ernest Acheampong, widely known as Nana Acheampong, has said that he does not take in alcohol.
In an interview on Y’adwuma Nie on Angel FM with Ohemaa Woyeje, Nana Acheampong stated that he consumes meat but not alcohol.
“I take good care of myself, which is why I look young despite my age…I avoid alcohol because I believe it can have negative health effects. Though I am aging, my healthy lifestyle choices may be the reason why I still look young and strong,” he said.
The legendary musician did acknowledge that he occasionally drinks wine, but emphasized that it is important to consume alcohol in moderation.
“You can enjoy alcohol, but it should be in moderation because it isn’t the best for our health,” the highlife musician advised.
