A founding member of the National Democratic Congress and member of the 2024 National Campaign Team Member, Sam Pee Yalley, has asserted that the NDC will not be appealing to sloganeering in the bid to win the 2024 elections.
He asserted that the NDC will visit various policies and programs outlined in their 2020 campaign manifesto as they believe the country’s prosperity lies on that.
“The major campaign message is that the policies that we put out in the 2020 elections that we had strong conviction that it will help the country is what we are carrying going into this year’s elections,” he told Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah when asked NDC’s campaign message.
He added that major infrastructural projects that they began in their previous administration and the 2020 campaign manifesto are what they are going to explain to Ghanaians in the bid to win the 2024 elections.
“So these are the things we are going to explain and we are not interested in campaign slogans because for the past eight years slogans haven’t brought anything better to us,” he said.
