The National Service Authority (NSA) on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, held a brief handing-over ceremony at its headquarters to officially mark the transition of leadership from the outgoing Director-General to his successor.
The ceremony saw outgoing Director-General, Felix Gyamfi, hand over to the newly appointed Director-General, Ruth Dela Seddoh.
The event, attended by management and staff of the Authority, symbolized the formal transfer of responsibilities as Ms. Seddoh assumed office.
In his remarks, Mr. Gyamfi expressed gratitude to the staff for their unwavering support and commitment during his tenure.
He urged them to extend the same cooperation to his successor to ensure the continued growth and impact of the Authority.
Ms. Seddoh, on her part, thanked the government for the confidence reposed in her and assured staff of her commitment to building on the achievements of her predecessor.
She called for teamwork, dedication, and innovation to advance the mandate of the NSA in contributing to national development.
Management pledged its full support to the new leadership as the Authority enters its next phase.
