Ghana’s Black Queens stepped up their training session on the evening of Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Southampton, United Kingdom (UK), ahead of the much-anticipated friendly match with the Lionesses of England.
The session, held under cool conditions, focused on sharp ball movement, quick transitions, and set-piece organisation as the team fine-tuned its approach for Tuesday’s clash.
Despite the long travel fatigue, the squad looked energised and trained for over an hour at the Mortgage Decisions Stadium.
According to a statement from the Ghana Football Association (GFA), the team is expected to hold a final training session before matchday.
“The team is expected to hold one more session before the matchday,” GFA said in its series of updates ahead of the game.
The match is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, at 7:00 PM at St. Mary’s Stadium, Southampton.
