Ghanaian musician Kelvyn Boy has reflected on his life experiences, revealing how the challenges of his childhood and early days in the music industry have shaped him into a stronger and more resilient person.
Speaking in a recent interview on Angel Drive, the singer said the difficulties he faced while growing up prepared him for the pressures of the entertainment industry.
According to him, those experiences played a significant role in shaping his character and mental resilience.
“I think I was built to be tough because of all what I went through from my childhood and to where I started from in the industry. A lot of things built me and made me stronger,” he said.
Kelvyn boy revealed that he has developed mental toughness over the years and no longer allows minor issues to affect him. He stressed that quitting music was never an option, even during challenging moments.
“It’s not everything that bothers me these days. I’m very tough right now. Nothing was going to make me stop doing music,” he stated.
The singer added that his passion for music was also backed by tangible progress, as he was already earning income and performing at shows during the early stages of his career.
“I was getting money from music already, and I was performing shows to gain something,” he added.
