Minister for Interior, Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak has assured security personnel of government’s commitment to addressing their challenges including housing, morale and logistics coming next year.
He made this pledge during a Joint Security Services Route March at the El Wak Sports Stadium in Accra on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
The event, organized by the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) in collaboration with other security services, aimed to reassure the public of their collective readiness to maintain peace and order during the festive season.
Mr. Muntaka commended the security personnel for their dedication and hard work, stating that the retooling of the services is ongoing.
The Minister’s assurance comes as the country prepares for the Yuletide celebrations, with security agencies on high alert to ensure public safety.
The Joint Security Services Route March demonstrated the collective commitment of the security services to protecting the nation and its people.
