Captain Planet mocks Prophet Eric Uche over failed Black Stars prediction
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Ghanaian artiste, Captain Planet, has ridiculed Prophet Eric Boahen Uche after his prediction concerning the Black Stars’ campaign at the 2026 FIFA World Cup failed to materialise.

Back in May 2026, Prophet Uche confidently forecast that Ghana would suffer defeats in all three of their group-stage fixtures at the tournament.

The man of God argued that the national team lacked spiritual strength and urged both the Ghana Football Association and the players to seek divine guidance and prayers from him ahead of the competition.

“Ghana should come and see me. They will lose all three group-stage matches in the competition. I’m not joking. With humility, they should come for consultation so I can help.

“It’s the spirit that we use to play football. Spiritually, the team is weak. When the matches are about to be played, I will come and tell the scoreline. When I said they would lose the friendlies, they lost them, right?” he stated.

Following the prophet’s unsuccessful forecast, Captain Planet took to social media to question his credibility, accusing him of repeatedly making football predictions that fail to come true.
