The Education Director made the suggestion during the 2022 Reading Festival held at the Awutu Senya West District in the Central Region, noting that “reading is the mother of all subjects” thus parents should support their children to adapt the habit of reading.

Speaking to Angel News reporter, Opanyin Darko, during the Reading Festival, the Awutu Senya Education Director, Isaac Acquaah Arhin cautioned parents to stop involving their children in activities that retrogress their learning but rather, they should assist the children and monitor their works.
