Aduana Star’s Samuel Bioh’s 74th minute prevented Kotoko from occupying the top of the league for the first timer in the 2020-2021 league season.

Match day 10 of the GPL was honored at various centers with Legon Cities thrashing AshGold 5-2 at the Accra Sports Stadium to record their 2nd win of the season. Yaw Annor puts AshGold ahead just 6 minutes into the game after a mistake made by Fatau Dauda. Immediately, Nasiru Moro equalized for the ‘Royals’ 3 minutes after.
The Miners took the lead again after Yaw Annor scored his second goal on the day but Jonah Attuqyaye cancelled the lead in the dying embers of first half.
In the Second half, David Cudjoe scored twice to make it 5 for Legon Cities after Baba Mahama have scored earlier just some minutes into the Second half to give Legon Cities a win over the visitors.

Two games scheduled on Saturday ended in a  goalless draw between Hearts of Oak and Berekum Chelsea and Accra Great Olympics and Karela United.

Agyenim Boateng Mensah’s scored hat-trick helped Dreams beat Liberty 4-1 at Dawu to record their 3rd win of the season.

Abass Mohammed scored twice for Medeama as they record 2-1 victory over Inter Allies at Akron park. All two goals came within the second half but the visitors pulled 1 back courtesy Nafui Suleiman.

Ebusua Dwarfs drew one all with WAFA at home, while Elmina Sharks beat Bechem United at Nduom Park. Prince Okraku’s late header gave Eleven Wonders a slim win over King Faisal as the ‘Babes’ sit bottom of the league log.
