Fetish Priestess, Patience Asiedu, known as Nana Agradaa has been granted by a Circuit Court in Accra.
The traditional priestess who was re-arrested after being granted bail for operating two TV stations without authorisations was earlier released by the CID on bail.
On Monday, she was taken to the court and cautioned on two charges.
She had earlier been cautioned by the CID on the offence of Offensive Conduct Conducive to the Breach of Peace and Publication of False News.
