Queen Mother’s Foundation Ghana constructs clinic for Accra High School

Accra High School  located in the heart of Ghana’s capital city, Accra, has received a newly constructed and fully furnished healthcare centre.
The school, with a student population of over 2,400 was relying on a makeshift healthcare centre which itself was in a deplorable state.
The new centre, therefore, comes as a relief to the school, Madam Evelyn Sagbil Nabia headmistress of the school said.
The facility was donated by Queen Mother’s foundation Ghana and old students of the Accra High School who they  Represents currently as Queen Mother’s Foundation Ghana.
The centre is fully stocked with pharmaceuticals and other health essentials such as hand sanitisers, waterproof foam tapes, antibacterial wet wipes and athletic tapes.
The rest included bandages, pain and itch relief creams, sanitary pads and dental care stuff.
In addition, the serial Queen Mother’s Foundation Ghana donated stationery, furniture and student mattresses to the school.
According to Queen Mother Nana Ama Serwaa Bonsu, the president of the Queen Mother’s foundation Ghana, felt she is where she is because of the investments the school made in her, and so she  felt it was time she and Queen Mother’s foundation Ghana also gave back to their alma mater.
During the commissioning of the facility, Nana Ama Serwaah Bonsu, also mentioned her  Ghanaian-based astute, as the person who came up with the idea of a new healthcare centre for the school.
Nana Ama Serwaah Bonsu she stressed, has not just been her  reliable, but also a very good and dependable friend who is full of progressive ideas.
Queen Mother’s Foundation said continue to support their philanthropy work at every where in the country.
The headmistress of Accra High School, Madam Evelyn Sagbil Nabia, was so full of appreciation for the Good work done by Queen Mother’s foundation Ghana to  continuous annual ritual of donating assorted items to the school which has impacted teaching and learning positively.
