The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN), Samuel Kofi Acheampong, has been award a Young Professionals Role Model award.
The award was in recognition of his achievements in the management of the media conglomerate which owns and operates 17 radio stations and a TV channel.
Organisers of the award, Young Professionals and Youth Coalition (YPYC) described him as the ‘major brain behind the expansion of ABN’ which subsidiaries offer relevant contents that meet the needs of the changing society.
Bronzy Teflon, as he is known and called has been the brain behind the growth of ABN which owns and operates about 18 radio stations and one digital channel, Angel TV.
The radio stations include Angel Fm and Pure FM in Kumasi, Angel Fm in Accra, Angel Fm in Sunyani , Cheers Fm Sunyani , OFm in Obuasi, Angel fm in Takoradi, Cheers Fm in Takoradi, Darling Fm Cape Coast, KFm in Techiman, Angel Fm in Bolga, Angel Fm in Tamale and Taste Fm in Koforidua.
Angel TV is also a member of the biggest media conglomerate which has been serving Ghanaians with great and quality contents.
Programmes aired on the various platforms under the ABN are part of the most watched and listened to in the country.
