The Deputy Minister for Health, Adelaide Yaa Agyeiwaa Ntim, has advised members of the Fertility Society of Ghana (FERSOG) to remain vigilant and committed to their work.
She underscored the need to be committed while using Assisted Reproductive Technology in delivering their core mandates.
Madam Adelaide gave this advice during the 7th edition of their annual General Scientific Conference of the Fertility Society of Ghana (FERSOG) celebration in Kumasi.
She stated that “the work is very sensitive therefore they need attention and maximum knowledge when working”.
“The importance of this technology is helping parents facing challenges in their journey of parenting,” she added.
She furthered in her speech highlighted their responsibility to make Assisted Reproductive Technology safe, effective, and accessible to everyone.
