The Ghana Education Service (GES) has publicised that the technical challenges that impacted the service recruitment portal for trained teachers some days ago has been fixed.

According to the Service, diploma trained teachers can now access the platform to submit their details for the employment processes.

The problem, according to the management, was rectified after its technical team worked on the matter and as a result “the recruitment portal is working now, interested applicants can apply.”

This came to light after some qualified trained teachers with Diploma in Basic Education Certificate faced difficulties to submit their application details following the GES’ announcement of recruitment of unemployment diploma teachers into the service.

Applicants are to submit their application forms accessed on the website (www.gespromotions.gov.gh) beginning from February 10 to February 24, 2023, for the processes.

GES said only application forms accessed on the website (www.gespromotions.gov.gh) would be accepted.

The statement also noted that the application among others, is to facilitate learning using 21st century technology, continuously improve learner’s ability to research using new technologies.

The statement said the applicants must complete mandatory national service, pass the National Teachers Licensure Examination and be ready to work wherever his/her services would be needed.
