Black Queens head coach Kim Lars Björkegren has announced a 24-player squad for Ghana’s upcoming 2026 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifying double-header against Egypt.
The Black Queens will face Egypt in a two-legged qualifier later this month, with the first leg set for October 23 in Suez and the return fixture scheduled for October 28 in Accra.
The list features a blend of seasoned campaigners and promising talents as the team aims to secure a spot at the continental showpiece in Morocco.

Cynthia Fiindib Konlan and Afi Amenyaku headlines the goalkeepers while the defensive unit includes Captain Portia Boakye, Comfort Yeboah, and Susan Ama Duah.
The squad also includes dependable figures such as Ernestina Abambila, Josephine Bonsu, Nina Norshie, Anasthesia Achiaa, and Louisa Aniwaa.
