One of the teenagers standing trial over the murder of a 10-year-old boy in Kasoa threw the Kaneshie District Court into shock when they confessed that they killed a pregnant woman before murdering Ishmael Mensah.
16-year-old Felix Nyarko who is standing trial at the Juvenile court said he committed the crimes with his partner.
According to Felix, the ghosts of Ishmael Mensah and the unnamed woman have been haunting him while in Police custody to confess.
This, he said compelled him to confess in court ‘because the two ghosts are threatening to kill me if I don’t confess’.
He further claimed that he and his accomplice smoked Marijuana the night before they murdered Ishmael Mensah and plotted to leave for Volta Region after the crime.
The court after hearing the confessions of Felix committed them to trial at the High Court.
The teenagers are standing trial for allegedly murdering Ishmael Mensah at Kasoa in the Central Region.
The teenagers had claimed that they did that after a Mallam they had contacted for money ordered them to come with body parts for ritual.
