Hip Hop musician, Samuel Adu Frimpong, known in showbiz as Medikal has pleaded guilty to the charge of brandishing gun on social media.
The musician who is currently standing trial after being granted bail surprised many in court when he raised his hand in court to plead guilty to the charge.
Medikal was arrested and caged for five days after the court remanded on his first appearance in court.
The Accra Circuit court further fined him GH¢3,600 or in default, he will serve nine months in prison.
This was after the musician changed his plea and pleaded guilty to the charge, on Monday morning.
Medikal was subsequently convicted on his own plea by the court presided over by Mr Emmanuel Essandoh.
