The head of Public Sector Reforms, Dr Thomas Kusi Boafo has alleged that part of the seat of government, Jubilee House was converted into a drinking spot during former President, John Mahama’s reign.
According to him, the former President and some of his appointees concentrated on drinks other than managing the country’s economy when they occupied the Jubilee House.
“Jubilee house was transformed into drinking spot. There was one room in the house full of alcohol bottles and you would wonder the kind of work they did there. They only drink so never did they even have time to travel”, he said on Movement TV.
He also accused the former government officials of failing to keep the place neat when they were in government claiming ‘some of the rooms were stinking’ when we took over from them.
