Ghanaian actor, Abraham Kofi Davis, officially known as Salinko, has sparked conversations online after a video of him advising businessman Richard Nii Armah Quaye surfaced on social media.
In the video, which circulated on Thursday, April 2, 2026, Salinko addressed the prominent entrepreneur directly, urging him to exercise caution in his business dealings, particularly when extending loans.
“Mr Amarh, I’ve heard many things about you. Where you have reached in life, God has blessed you. You have to be selective about who to give a loan to so that there wouldn’t be any problems with your brand,” Salinko told Mr Armah Quayle.
The actor emphasized that, despite Richard Nii Armah Quaye’s remarkable success, careful consideration and discretion are crucial in protecting both his brand and reputation.
The actor further advised that adopting stricter measures in loan distinctions could prevent scenarios where the businessman has to chase defaulters, which could tarnish his public image.
“Not everyone in your line of business achieves what you’ve been able to achieve. You have been in the business for some time now, so you know how to go about giving out loans. That will prevent you from harassing those owing you, and your business will flourish,” he said.
However, Salinko also highlighted that debtors, even with their challenges, help the business grow.
“Those debtors are part of why your business is moving forward, so don’t think you don’t earn from the loans you give. We all have pillars, and if one falls, your business can also suffer if you don’t make the necessary changes,” he added.
