Chairman for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, is concerned about the recent deaths that have hit the party.
He laments the deaths of persons who have been instrumental in the development and restructuring of the opposition party.
He made the comments hours after the passing of former Transport Minister, Akua Dzifa Attivor, which occurred in the hospital Monday night.
A couple of weeks ago, former Central Regional Minister, Ama Benyiwa Doe, died after years of battling an illness.
“Too many of our people are dying and that’s a big worry for us (NDC),” Ofosu Ampofo said on the Anɔpa Bofuo morning show on Angel FM and TV, Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
He said the party is doing its best to give the departed befitting burials in the coming days.
