PenTrust grabs 2 at Ghana Accountancy and Finance Awards

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PenTrust, a Corporate Trustee and retirement advisory firm, Ms. Victoria Aligboh, was adjudged the Best Pensions CEO of the year at the Ghana sixth (6th) Accountancy and Finance Awards 2024.

The firm also clinched the award for the Best Pensions Scheme Administrator of the Year, ensuring the company won two awards on the awards night held at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra.

Speaking after receiving the award, Ms. Aligboh described the recognition as a testament to excellence, resilience, and dedication, reaffirming her commitment to advancing industry standards and driving innovation.

The CEO has the responsibility of leading the strategic planning, design, governance, and delivery of pension policies and programs to achieve the overall strategic mission and objectives of PenTrust.

She was responsible for establishing PenTrust as a Corporate Trustee and securing its operating license from the National Pensions Regulatory Authority.

Ms. Victoria Aligboh has over 19 years of professional experience in the areas of Financial Services Management, Pensions Fund Administration and investment, Pension scheme design and Governance, Retirement Advisory and education, Small and Growing Businesses and Consumer marketing research with a focus on African markets, including Francophone regions.

She holds a certificate in Core Pensions Management from the World Bank, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Governance from the University of Ghana, an MBA in Financial Management and Investment from the Cyprus Institute of Marketing, and a First Class Honors degree in Marketing from the Central University, Ghana.

For PenTrust, the award represents a testament to its credibility and commitment to ensure their clients retire in absolute comfort.
