Coach Frimpong Manso leads newly constituted Black Starlets technical team

Former Ghanaian International, Stephen Frimpong Manso, has been named as head coach of the men’s national U-17 football team, Black Starlet, to lead the newly constituted technical team.

The GFA who made this announcement in a release said, the experienced CAF License A Coach, Mr. Frimpong Manso, will be assisted by Nana Kweku Agyemang and Jacob Nettey.

Kennedy Ofori Ansah has been named as the Goalkeepers’ Trainer with Derrick Laryea being the team’s Video Analyst. The team’s Equipment Officer is Charles Okofo Asenso.

Team Doctor, Dr, Kofi Ablorh, leads the medical team with Eric Totimeh as Physiotherapist and Jeremiah Boye as Masseur while the team’s welfare issues will be overseen by Waisu Ali Mohammed as Welfare Officer.

“It is expected that this technical team will adequately prepare the Black Starlets for upcoming assignments in 2025 and in the foreseeable future.

The Black Starlets will commence preparations for their assignments with training camps to be announced in due course,” parts of the release said further.
