Musician and rapper, Mohammed Ismail Sherif, popularly known as Black Sherif, has extended support to underprivileged mothers at the Nkrumah and Yeboah wards of the 37 Military Hospital in Accra.
The charitable exercise, held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, saw the award-winning artiste donate assorted items in large quantities to mothers receiving treatment at the facility.
In addition to the donations, Black Sherif settled the medical bills of several beneficiaries, paying a total amount of GH¢50,696.00.
The gesture was carried out through the Mohammed Ismail Sherif Foundation and forms part of efforts aligned with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3.1, which focuses on reducing maternal mortality and ensuring access to quality maternal healthcare for women.
Hospital staff and beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the musician for the timely intervention, describing the support as a major relief to the affected families.
