According to the GFA, the team will hold its official training at Bryant’s 43,000-square-foot field house and state-of-the-art training, recovery, and wellness center.
The GFA announced this on its official website on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
“The Ghana Football Association is pleased to announce that Providence, Rhode Island has been selected as the Black Stars Team Base Camp for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, with Bryant University as the team’s training site,” it said.

“Rhode Island is honored to welcome The Black Stars. They are a talented team with great depth and some young stars. It will be exciting to watch them make their fifth FIFA World Cup appearance, and our state will be invested in their success knowing how they made Bryant University their first choice in the selection process.”
