A justice of the Court of Appeal, Justice Paul K. Gyaesayor, has died.
According to information available to Angelonline.com.gh, the Judge died on Wednesday Morning.
Justice Gyaesayor was appointed to the Court of Appeal in 2008.
This website also gathers that the Supreme Court of Ghana has also suspended all cases due to the increasing rate of the COVID-19 disease in the country.
“Due to some unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to sit today. So, we are adjourning all cases to July 22, 2020,” Supreme Court Registrar, Matthew Antiaye announced.
