Information reaching angelonline.com has it that head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Prosper Nartey Ogum has reportedly resigned from his post after ten months with the porcupine warriors.
He is reported to have tendered his resignation letter on Wednesday afternoon following an emergency meeting with the club management and Board of Directors.
The former West African Football Academy (WAFA) tactician is believed to have cited personal reasons to call it a quit with the reigning Ghanaian champions.
Prosper Nartey who joined the Kumasi-based club before the start of the 2021/22 season helped the team win their first Ghana Premier League title after seven years.
Meanwhile, the top hierarchy of the club has been in talks with the coach to rescind his decision and stay with the reds.
