The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) has organized an educational excursion for school children from Chorkor as part of activities marking National Chocolate Month.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the GTA, Maame Efua Houadieto, led the trip to Fairafric Ghana Limited, a cocoa-to-chocolate manufacturing company.
During the visit, the children were given a firsthand look at how Ghana’s cocoa is transformed into finished chocolate products, offering them insight into the cocoa processing industry.
The event aligns with promotional efforts to showcase Ghana’s cocoa industry and tourism experiences.
