Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, has announced plans to venture into agribusiness, revealing his interest in investing in poultry and meat processing.
In a post shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) page, the award-winning musician disclosed that he paid a courtesy visit to the Gomoa Central Special Economic Zone to officially express his investment intentions.
“Today I paid a courtesy visit to the Gomoa Central Special Economic Zone to officially express my interest in investing in poultry and meat processing,” he wrote.
Shatta Wale also extended appreciation to the Member of Parliament for the area for what he described as a warm reception and strong leadership.
He further praised the “Nkokɔ Nketenkete” programme spearheaded by former President John Dramani Mahama, describing it as a true inspiration.
According to him, such policies are designed to empower creatives to transition into agribusiness, generate employment, and contribute meaningfully to national development.
“From music to enterprise, we’re building real impact,” he added.
