Former head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has secured a new job at Division One League side FC AshantiGold O4 after parting ways with the Porcupine Warriors.
He has been appointed to join the technical team of the Obuasi-based club.
The club confirmed the decision in a notice on its official socials, observing that it has secured the signature of an “experienced, discipline and winning mindset.”
According to the club, Zito’s addition is targeted to strengthen their technical direction for the final stretch of the season.
“Welcome to FC AshantiGold, coach. Let’s get to work,” it announced on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
FC AshantiGold O4 have been one of the standout sides this season, sitting top of Zone 2 with 40 points after 22 matches.
The position places them firmly in contention for promotion into the Ghana Premier League (GPL).
