Ghanaian Gospel musician, Edward Akwasi Boateng, has shared a video of his new apartments under construction online.
The ‘Ade A Mepe’ singer said in a video that he was putting his property online for the first time.
He explained that he does not want others to be accusing him of not making good use of funds he received from the public as donations recently.
The renowned Gospel musician revealed he built his first house from the sales of his ‘Ade A Mepe’ song some years ago.
After receiving an award and GHS 15,000 cash from Apostle Solomon Oduro, he started his new project.
Since the land is located at Kotei in the Ashanti Region, he thought it wise to build the apartments and rent them to the students of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Mr Akwasi Boateng indicated that Apostle Oduro gave him an additional amount after he sent him photos of the project.
However, he stated that the amount was not enough to complete it.
The musician, who was recently captured selling CDs and pen drives at the market, further disclosed that he used the recent donations he received to continue the work on his apartments.
He thanked Afia Schwarzenegger and others for paying their tithes to him.
Edward Akwasi Boateng claimed he is still owing some banks and individuals.
