Ghanaian female broadcast journalist, Serwaa Amihere, has come under immense scrutiny following her prediction about the Black Stars winning the upcoming FIFA World Cup.

Ahead of the world’s biggest football, Ghanaians have no confidence that the Black Stars will qualify from the group stage, but Serwaa Amihere has a different belief that the Black Stars will win the ultimate prize at the end of the 30 days football festival.

Taking to her official twitter page, the award-winning journalist wrote “I have a feeling Ghana will win the World Cup.”

The comments have since landed the news presenter in a trouble as some Twitter users have taken her to the cleaners.

She further went ahead to predict that the stars will win all of its three matches in the group by beating Portugal 2-1, 1-0 over South Korea and a convincing 4-0 scoreline over Uruguay.

In quick response to her tweet, a follower of hers asked “feelings b3n no no?” in Twi which translates, “what sort of feeling is that”

@GAFFAR XAVI wrote_Feelings b3n no no?

Another user @michael Crane said “that’s why it’s a feeling. It doesn’t have any logical meaning as to why and how that’s gonna happen “realistically”, and added that “clearly we don’t have a formidable team to achieve that. Three or four players will stand out.

@E.F. Tetteh wrote_ is the same as having feelings for someone’s husband and again you realize it’s definitely not going to be yours…. This world cup is for an African country but not Ghana.

Commenting on the predicted scoreline asked if the journalist has personal issues with Uruguay hence her 4-0 prediction.

“@Nana Yaw Berk_ Thos one di33 you then Uruguay get issues story story stoooory”
