Aspiring Western Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ing. George Kofi Arthur, is expected to embark on a media tour across the Western Region as part of efforts to engage stakeholders and share his vision for the party and the region.
The tour, which begins on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, will be undertaken together with the Member of Parliament (MP) for Amenfi Central, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, according to an official statement.
The exercise includes visitation to radio and television stations as well as other media outlets for interviews, discussions and public engagement on issues relating to “regional development, constituency progress, leadership and matters of public interest.”
The statement noted that the tour forms part of efforts to strengthen engagement with the people of the Western Region through the media, while providing a platform to discuss development priorities and the future direction of the NDC in the region.
Madam Gyan Cudjoe is expected to play a key role during the exercise and expressed readiness to honour interview invitations from media houses throughout the Western Region during the period.
